[摘要]貴陽花果園D區(qū)雙子塔樓建筑高度達335m,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計除應滿足規(guī)范和專家要求外,還需達到業(yè)主提出的單位面積材料造價控制指標?;诖耍谠O(shè)計中選用普通鋼筋混凝土筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,采用矩形鋼管混凝土疊合柱、HRB500高強鋼筋、變截面混凝土樓面梁和中等延性構(gòu)造的剪力墻、優(yōu)化建筑場地和地下室層數(shù)等一系列措施。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的比選過程,強調(diào)了水平作用較小時剪重比和剛重比指標對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的控制作用,詳述了各項減少材料措施的落實方法,針對鋼管混凝土疊合柱與混凝土梁的連接節(jié)點提出了多種鋼筋連接方式和加強措施。[關(guān)鍵詞]貴陽花果園D區(qū); 結(jié)構(gòu)體系比選; 筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu); 鋼管混凝土疊合柱; HRB500; 延性構(gòu)造中圖分類號:TU973 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)08-0001-07
Structural design of twin tower reinforced concrete structures in Huaguoyuan Zone D in GuiyangHou Shengli, Li Peng, Ruan Weiguang, Liang Xiaohan(Arup, Guangzhou 510620, China)Abstract: The twin tower located in Huaguoyuan Zone D in Guiyang has architectural height of 335m. The structural design should meet the code and the experts' requirements, as well as the material cost control index of unit area proposed by the clients. Based on the above considerations, ordinary reinforced concrete tube-in-tube structural system is adopted in design and a series of measures are taken, including the adoption of rectangle concrete-filled steel tubular laminated column, HRB500 high-strength steel bar, variable cross-section concrete floor beam, moderate ductile shear walls, and optimization of site condition and basement layers. The comparison and selection process of structural system were introduced, focusing on the controlling effects of shearweight ratio and stiffness-weight ratio on the structural design under small horizontal actions. The implementation strategies to keep the materials cost to a minimum was also introduced in detail.
