基于應(yīng)變模態(tài)差的索桁架-索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)損傷識(shí)別

[摘要]應(yīng)變模態(tài)差法多用于剛性結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷識(shí)別,而較少用于柔性結(jié)構(gòu)。索桁架-索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)是柔性組合結(jié)構(gòu),該結(jié)構(gòu)通過(guò)預(yù)應(yīng)力索提供剛度,結(jié)構(gòu)損傷的主要因素是索的損傷和預(yù)應(yīng)力損失。基于有限元模態(tài)分析提取結(jié)構(gòu)損傷前后的應(yīng)變模態(tài)差作為損傷識(shí)別指標(biāo),應(yīng)用應(yīng)變模態(tài)差法對(duì)索桁架-索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。結(jié)果表明:索單元發(fā)生損傷后,通過(guò)應(yīng)變模態(tài)差能夠準(zhǔn)確地識(shí)別索不同位置的損傷,同時(shí)對(duì)小損傷(損傷程度10%)較敏感;得出應(yīng)變模態(tài)差與損傷程度的關(guān)系曲線,該曲線在不同工況下能夠很好地判斷索單元損傷程度;利用應(yīng)變模態(tài)差能夠識(shí)別出索的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失的位置,并可大致判斷損失程度;驗(yàn)證應(yīng)變模態(tài)差損傷識(shí)別方法可以較好地用于索桁架-索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷識(shí)別。

Damage identification of cable truss-cable net structure based on strain mode difference

Abstract: Strain mode difference method is usually used for the recognition of the rigid structure damage but is rarely used for the flexible structure. Cable truss-
cable net structure is a flexible composite structure which provides stiffness through prestressed cable and the main factors of structural damage are cable damage and prestress loss. The strain mode differences before and after structural damage were extracted as damage identification index based on finite element mode analysis, and strain modal differential method was used to carry out calculation and analysis on cable truss-cable net structure. Results show that the cable damages in different locations can be accurately identified through the strain mode difference when the cable damage occurs, and meanwhile, it also shows that the method is more sensitive to small injury (damage degree of 10%); the relation curve between the strain mode difference and the damage degree is drawn and the curve can well judge damage degree of cable element under different working conditions; strain mode difference method can be used to identify the location of the prestress loss of cable and can roughly judge the loss degree; it verifies that the strain mode difference based damage identification method can be well applied to the damage identification of cable truss-cable net structure.
