加強(qiáng)受壓翼緣圓孔蜂窩梁的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法*

[摘要]主要研究跨度、開(kāi)孔率和距高比對(duì)加強(qiáng)受壓翼緣圓孔蜂窩梁力學(xué)性能的影響并提出簡(jiǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)公式。利用ABAQUS建立165個(gè)模型,得出不同跨度、開(kāi)孔率和距高比的加強(qiáng)受壓翼緣圓孔蜂窩梁的強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定承載力,分別分析上述三個(gè)參數(shù)對(duì)其力學(xué)性能的影響程度,給出此三個(gè)參數(shù)的建議取值,提出強(qiáng)度承載力提高系數(shù)和穩(wěn)定承載力提高系數(shù),通過(guò)線性回歸分析得到簡(jiǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)公式。研究結(jié)果表明,開(kāi)孔率、跨度分別是影響加強(qiáng)受壓翼緣圓孔蜂窩梁強(qiáng)度承載力、穩(wěn)定承載力的主要因素;將有限元結(jié)果與前蘇聯(lián)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)比,證明簡(jiǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)公式足夠精確,可應(yīng)用于工程設(shè)計(jì)。[關(guān)鍵詞]蜂窩梁; 加強(qiáng)受壓翼緣; 力學(xué)性能; 有限元分析; 線性回歸分析中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU398.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2016)07-0082-04
Simplified calculation method of cellular beam with enhanced compression flangeChen Xiangrong, Chen Xing, Wang Xinwei(Department of Civil Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi'an 710055, China)Abstract: Mechanical properties affected by span, opening rate, distance height ratio and simplified design formulas of up-flange-stiffened cellular beams were mainly researched. By establishing 165 models with FEM analysis software ABAQUS, strength and stability bearing capacities of cellular beams were obtained on different span, opening rate and distance height ratio. The effect of these parameters on its mechanical properties were analyzed respectively. Additionally, recommended values were presented for these parameters. After data and linear-regression analysis, simplified design formulas were proposed with strength increase coefficient and stability bearing capacity increase coefficient. The following conclusions could be drawn: opening-rate and span are main factors of the strength and stability bearing capacity of cellular beam respectively. Comparing the results between FEM and designing code, the simplified design formulas are accurate and reliable enough to applied for reference to engineering practice.Keywords: cellular beam; enhanced compression flange; mechanical property; finite element analysis; liner-regression analysis
