耳板式組合桁架節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)及有限元分析*

[摘要]以某槽形梁-鋼桁組合結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁下弦節(jié)點(diǎn)為原型,根據(jù)相似理論,制作了3個(gè)1∶3的節(jié)點(diǎn)模型。通過對(duì)模型進(jìn)行水平單調(diào)靜力加載和有限元模擬分析,對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞形態(tài)、極限承載力及各組成構(gòu)件的受力性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:節(jié)點(diǎn)模型的破壞形態(tài)主要包括受壓腹桿局部屈曲和節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)混凝土的開裂;節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)剛度大,承載力高,PBL剪力鍵群和節(jié)點(diǎn)板能有效地將弦桿和腹桿連接成整體;采用有限元軟件對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析合理可行。[關(guān)鍵詞]組合桁架節(jié)點(diǎn); 靜力性能; 破壞模式; 試驗(yàn)研究; 有限元分析中圖分類號(hào):TU398.9, TU317.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2016)07-0068-06
Experiment and finite element analysis on steel-concrete composite truss joints with ear platesWang Haibo, Li Yizhu, Yin Guo′an, Liu Rong(School of Civil Engineering, Central South University, Changsha 410075, China)Abstract: Three joint models of 1∶3 scales were made according to the similarity theory based on the prototype of joints of bottom chords of a channel beamsteel truss composite structure bridge. The monotonous static horizontal load test and finite element simulation analysis were carried out on the models to investigate the failure modes, ultimate bearing capacities of joints and mechanical behaviors of different components. The results indicate that the failure modes of the joints mainly include the buckling failure of compressed web member and the concrete cracking failure in joint core region. The joint core region has high stiffness and great bearing capacity. The chord members and web members can be connected as a whole effectively through the PBL shear bond groups and the joint plates. It is reasonable and feasible to use the finite element software to analyze the joints.Keywords: composite truss joint; static mechanical behavior; failure mode; experimental study; finite element analysis
