屋面設(shè)置發(fā)射塔的超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)*

［摘要］近年來(lái)，屋面設(shè)置較大高度標(biāo)志塔的超高層建筑日益增多，需要重點(diǎn)考量的因素包括鞭梢效應(yīng)、風(fēng)振及抗震研究、主塔結(jié)構(gòu)體系及塔腳節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造等。常州現(xiàn)代傳媒中心主塔58層，建筑高度（屋面）245m之上另設(shè)置88m高度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)射塔，探討了該工程的抗震設(shè)防及彈性動(dòng)力參數(shù)的選取；考慮鞭梢效應(yīng)，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的基底剪力、位移等進(jìn)行分析。罕遇地震分析結(jié)果表明，框架-核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系具有良好的抗震性能。在考慮塔腳性能時(shí)，需要注意加強(qiáng)插入混凝土部分的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。［關(guān)鍵詞］常州現(xiàn)代傳媒中心; 超高層; 發(fā)射塔; 鞭梢效應(yīng); 風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn); 框架-核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號(hào)：TU398.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)07-0034-06
Structural design of the super high-rise building with a launching tower on the roofJia Shuizhong(Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Spatial Structures(Preparing), Shanghai 200041, China)Abstract: In recent years, there are more and more super high-rise buildings setting the symbolic tower of large height on the roof. The key factors that should be considered including whipping effect, wind vibration and seismic resistance researches, main tower structural system and tower footing joint structure. The main tower of Changzhou Modern Media Center has 58 layers and there is a 88m high steel structure launching tower on the building height (roof) of 245m. Selections of the seismic fortification and elastic dynamic parameters of the project were discussed. The whipping effect was considered in analysis on the base shear force, displacement and other parameters of the structure. The analysis results under rare earthquake show that the frame-corewall hybrid structure has good seismic performance. When considering the performance of the tower footing, attention should be paid to strengthening of the steel structure that is penetrated into the concrete part.Keywords: Changzhou Modern Media Center; super high-rise building; launching tower; whipping effect; wind tunnel experiment; frame-corewall hybrid structure
