[摘要]北京嘉銘中心基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)采用變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì)方法,減小了基礎(chǔ)的差異沉降;上部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時,通過增強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)的抗扭剛度解決了核心筒偏置造成的扭轉(zhuǎn)問題;兩座塔樓之間的83m高中庭采用索網(wǎng)幕墻,與主樓滑動或鉸接連接。兩座塔樓之間的連橋采用輕型張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)體系。[關(guān)鍵詞]北京嘉銘中心; 變剛度調(diào)平; 核心筒偏置; 多塔; 連體結(jié)構(gòu); 弱連接中圖分類號:TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)07-0014-05
Structure design of Beijing Jiaming CenterHan Ping, Pan Ning, Zhu Huosheng, Sun Jianchao, Wang Liqiang(China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: The variable rigidity design method was used in the foundation design of Beijing Jiaming Center to reduce the differential settlement of the foundation.During the upper structure design process, structural torsion stiffness was enhanced to solve the problem of torsion due to corewall bias. High atrium with height of 83m between two towers adopts cable-net curtain wall which is connected with the main building in form of sliding or hinged connection.
