預應力混凝土梁徐變撓度影響因素分析與計算模式構建*

[摘要]準確計算預應力混凝土橋梁的徐變撓度對預控其長期撓度非常重要。對當前混凝土梁的幾種徐變撓度計算方法進行對比分析,并以預應力混凝土梁徐變撓度系數(shù)與徐變系數(shù)關系為研究對象,分析了預應力度、預應力產(chǎn)生的軸力、預應力產(chǎn)生的等效彎矩、構件換算截面面積及構件截面抗彎模量等因素對徐變撓度系數(shù)與徐變系數(shù)間關系的影響及規(guī)律。結果表明:在已知徐變系數(shù)的情況下,梁的預應力度對徐變撓度系數(shù)的影響較大,而其他幾種因素對該系數(shù)影響較??;進一步建立了便于工程應用的、考慮預應力度和混凝土徐變共同影響的預應力混凝土梁徐變撓度計算模式,為精確預控預應力橋梁結構的長期撓度奠定基礎。

Analysis of influencing factors of creep deflection of prestressed concrete beams and construction of the calculating model

Abstract: It is important to precisely calculate the creep deflection of pre-stressed concrete bridges for pre-controlling the long-term deflection. After comparing a number of existing creep deflection models, and analyzing the numerical relationship between creep deflection coefficient and creep coefficient moreover, it is found that the influencing factors of the model such as prestress degree, axial compression and moment due to prestress, equivalent section area, and section modulus of bending, etc. The results show that: under known creep coefficient, the creep deflection coefficient is impacted mostly by prestress degree, but less by other factors. Finally, a simplified creep deflection formula is derived to better pre-control the long-term deflection of prestressed bridges and is easier to apply into practice.
