廢棄混凝土破碎細(xì)顆粒在加氣混凝土中的應(yīng)用研究

[摘要]采用廢棄混凝土破碎細(xì)顆粒取代部分石英砂,用于生產(chǎn)加氣混凝土。研究了破碎細(xì)顆粒摻量對(duì)加氣混凝土料漿稠度和蒸壓養(yǎng)護(hù)后的加氣混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度和干密度的影響。結(jié)果表明,破碎細(xì)顆粒摻量低于10%時(shí),有助于提高料漿的流動(dòng)性,但隨著摻量的繼續(xù)增大,料漿流動(dòng)性迅速下降;在漿料擴(kuò)展度相近的條件下,隨破碎細(xì)顆粒摻量的增大,需水量增大,對(duì)減小加氣混凝土的干密度有利,但蒸壓養(yǎng)護(hù)后,加氣混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度呈先增大后減小趨勢(shì)。[關(guān)鍵詞]廢棄混凝土; 破碎細(xì)顆粒; 加氣混凝土中圖分類號(hào):TU528 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2016)06-0091-04

The effect of additive amount of the crushed fine particles on slurry consistency and the compressive strength and dry density of the autoclaved aerated concrete after autoclaved curing was studied. The results show that if addtive amount of the crushed fine particles is lower than 10%, the fluidity of the slurry is improved, but the fluidity of the slurry drops sharply with increase of additive amount. Under the condition that the slurry shows nearly the same flow value, the water requirement increases with the increase of additive amount of the crushed fine particles, which benefits reducing the dry density of autoclaved aerated concrete. However, after autoclaved curing, compressive strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete shows the trend of improvement first and then decrease.Keywords: waste concrete; crushed fine particle; autoclaved aerated concrete
