單調(diào)荷載作用下碳化混凝土應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]通過快速碳化混凝土單調(diào)加載試驗(yàn),研究了碳化對(duì)混凝土強(qiáng)度、剛度以及變形能力的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):碳化對(duì)于混凝土強(qiáng)度的提高作用有限,碳化后混凝土峰值壓應(yīng)變明顯降低,彈性模量提高,試件破壞時(shí)脆性更加明顯;不同碳化深度混凝土的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線上升段十分接近,下降段則隨碳化加深變得越來越陡。通過對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析,建立了單調(diào)荷載作用下碳化混凝土應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線方程,并給出了方程參數(shù)與碳化深度之間的關(guān)系,研究成果可為既有混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)性能評(píng)定提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。[關(guān)鍵詞]混凝土; 碳化; 單調(diào)加載; 應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系中圖分類號(hào):TU502+.6 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2016)06-0081-05
Experimental investigation of the stress-strain relationship of carbonated concrete under monotonic loadingXu Shanhua, Li Anbang, Cui Huanping, Liu Xiaowei(School of Civil Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi'an 710055, China)Abstract: Through monotonic loading tests on rapid carbonation concrete, the influence of carbonation on concrete strength, stiffness and deformability was studied. Test results show that carbonation has a limited role in improving the compressive strength. The peak compressive strain significantly decreases whereas the elastic modulus increases after carbonation, and the brittleness of concrete becomes more obvious when the specimen fails. The rising sections of stress-strain curves for concrete with different carbonation depths are similar and the falling sections become increasingly steeper with the increase of carbonation depth. Based on test result analysis, the stress-strain curve equation of carbonated concrete under monotonic loading was established and the relationship between equation parameters and carbonation depth was provided. Research results can provide the technical basis for the performance evaluation of existing concrete structure.Keywords:concrete; carbonation; monotonic loading; stress-strain relationship
