塑料保護膜在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防腐蝕中的應(yīng)用研究*

［摘要］以某大學游泳館內(nèi)部高濕高熱并且含氯離子的環(huán)境、室內(nèi)潮濕環(huán)境、室內(nèi)干燥環(huán)境以及室外露天環(huán)境四種不同腐蝕環(huán)境為試驗研究背景，對致密的新型可剝液體型塑料保護膜的防腐蝕性能進行了試驗研究，并與目前常用的防腐涂料的效果進行了對比。結(jié)果表明，新型可剝液體型塑料保護膜對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)有較好的防腐蝕效能，優(yōu)于常用的防腐涂料。［關(guān)鍵詞］鋼結(jié)構(gòu); 銹蝕; 腐蝕環(huán)境; 可剝液體型塑料保護膜中圖分類號：TU391 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2016)06-0077-04
Applied research of plastic protective film in steel structure anticorrosionJiang Yuting1, Chen Zhihua1,2, Lu Jie1, Huang Jinchao1, Yan Renzhang1（1 School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China; 2 State Key Laboratory of Hydraulic Engineering Simulation and Safety, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China）Abstract: Experimental research was conducted in four different corrosive environments including one university's natatorium internal environment with high humidity, high temperature and chloride ion, indoor humidity environment, indoor dry environment and outdoor environment. The corrosion resistant performance of a new type of compact strippable liquid-type plastic protective film was researched and the anticorrosion effect was compared with effects of current commonly-used antirust coatings. The results show that this new type of strippable liquid-type plastic protective film has good anticorrosion effect that is better than that of commonly-used antirust coatings.Keywords:steel structure; corrosion; corrosive environment; strippable liquid-type plastic protective film
