扣件式鋼管滿堂腳手架承載力驗(yàn)算方法*

[摘要]扣件式鋼管滿堂腳手架由于其分析設(shè)計(jì)理論多以經(jīng)驗(yàn)為主,缺乏理論依據(jù),導(dǎo)致其坍塌事故時(shí)有發(fā)生。結(jié)合3個(gè)扣件式鋼管滿堂腳手架足尺破壞試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),得出其主要破壞模式,并基于此確定了扣件式滿堂腳手架的主要計(jì)算內(nèi)容。然后考慮直角扣件的半剛性,基于部分側(cè)移半剛性假定,建立頂層受力水平桿抗彎承載力、立桿受壓穩(wěn)定承載力以及節(jié)點(diǎn)抗滑和極限承載力等關(guān)鍵受力構(gòu)件和節(jié)點(diǎn)的計(jì)算方法。并將計(jì)算得到的承載力與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了此方法的可靠性,從而保證了此方法可在工程中推廣使用。

Capacity calculation method of full hall steel tubular scaffold with couplers

Abstract:The design and analyzing methods of the full hall steel tubular scaffold with couplers are mainly based on experiences, lacking of theoretical guidance, which may induce collapse accidents. Combined with test phenomena and data of full size rupture tests of three full hall steel tubular scaffold with couplers, the main failure modes were obtained and main calculation contents of full hall steel tubular scaffold with couplers were determined. Based on the partially-sway semi-rigid assumption theory, considering the semi rigidity of right angle couplers, calculation methods of key mechanical components and joints were established including the bending strength of top mechanical horizontal members, compression stability of vertical members, and slipping resistance and ultimate strength for couplers. The calculation bearing capacity and experiment data were compared to verify the reliability of this calculation method. This method can be promoted and applied in construction engineering.
