［摘要］移動(dòng)硅谷創(chuàng)新中心二期項(xiàng)目7#樓采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系，為滿足首層及2層大空間的要求，在首層和2層拔去了2根柱子，存在局部轉(zhuǎn)換。主要針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中轉(zhuǎn)換桁架的性能化設(shè)計(jì)、首層室內(nèi)地面與外圍地下室頂板存在較大高差時(shí)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)上部結(jié)構(gòu)在地下室頂板嵌固、地基基礎(chǔ)的變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì)等幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行討論。通過對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算和對(duì)比分析得出，結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足安全和建筑功能的要求，實(shí)現(xiàn)了"三水準(zhǔn)"抗震設(shè)防性能目標(biāo)。［關(guān)鍵詞］移動(dòng)硅谷創(chuàng)新中心; 轉(zhuǎn)換桁架; 地下室頂板嵌固; 地基基礎(chǔ)變剛度調(diào)平中圖分類號(hào)：TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)06-0025-04
Discussions of structural design problems in the 7# building of phrase Ⅱproject of Mobile Silicon Valley Innovation CentreYang Jinming, Chi Yanzhong, Ling Peichun(China Academy of Building Research Architectural Design Institute, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract:The 7# building of phrase Ⅱproject of Mobile Silicon Valley Innovation Centre adopts cast-in-place RC frame-corewall structural system. To meet the requirements of large space on the first and second floors, two columns are removed and a local structural conversion exists. Several key issues in the project were discussed including performance-based seismic design of conversion truss, how to ascertain the superstructure fixed on top floor of basement structure considering the large elevation difference between interior floor of the first floor and the exterior top floor of basement, and the variable rigidity design of foundation.The structure can meet the requirements of security and building function, achieve the seismic performance goals of "three seismic fortification levels" by the structure calculation and comparison analysis.Keywords:Mobile Silicon Valley Innovation Centre; conversion truss; basement top floor fixed; variable rigidity design of foundation
