武漢人信匯高位裙房雙塔超限高層抗震分析和性能化設(shè)計

[摘要]介紹了武漢人信匯高位裙房雙塔超限高層的分析和設(shè)計過程,采用SATWE, YJK, MIDAS/Building和ETABS等多個軟件對單塔模型和雙塔整體模型進行了多遇地震作用下的振型分解反應(yīng)譜分析和彈性時程補充分析,并采用PERFORM-3D軟件對整體模型進行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時程分析。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理,整體結(jié)構(gòu)受力和變形行為符合預(yù)期目標(biāo),扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)控制在合理范圍內(nèi),結(jié)構(gòu)整體的安全性和可靠度可以得到較好保證。針對結(jié)構(gòu)不設(shè)防震縫、體型復(fù)雜、多項指標(biāo)超限等特點進行了性能化設(shè)計,結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能達(dá)到《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 3—2010)規(guī)定的性能目標(biāo)C級的要求。對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件和關(guān)鍵部位進行了復(fù)雜分析并采取了相應(yīng)的構(gòu)造加強措施。

Seismic analysis and performance-based design of a tall twin-tower beyond code limits with high-rise podium for Wuhan Ren Xin Hui

Abstract:The analysis and design process of a tall twin-tower beyond code limits with high-rise podium for Wuhan Ren Xin Hui was introduced. Single tower models and twin towers model were analyzed using the programs of SATWE, YJK, MIDAS/Building and ETABS for response spectrum analysis and complementary elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake. Elasto-plastic time history analysis of the overall model was performed by the program of PERFORM-3D under the rare earthquake. Analysis results show that the overall structural system is rational, the overall mechanism and deformation meet the expected goals, the torsional effects are well controlled in a reasonable range, and the safety and reliability of the overall structure can be well assured. Considering the removal of seismic joints between towers and podium, complex massing and several indexes exceeding code limits, performance-based design was applied and the structural overall expected performance can satisfy the requirement of C-level performance goal that is set in the Technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings (JGJ 3—2010). Detailed analyses for crucial members and details were performed as well together with the strengthening measures in construction.
