嵌入式FRP筋加固梁抗彎承載力分析

[摘要]通過兩點靜力荷載作用下3根表層嵌貼FRP筋加固的鋼筋混凝土T形損傷梁的試驗,研究了嵌入式FRP筋加固梁的破壞特征和受力性能。分析了FRP筋表面特征和FRP筋材料種類對加固梁破壞模式、極限承載力、剛度等方面的影響。試驗結果表明:嵌入式FRP筋加固方法能顯著提高梁的屈服荷載和極限承載力;加固量一定時,帶肋CFRP筋加固梁的極限承載力最高,光圓GFRP筋加固梁的極限承載力最低。在試驗研究的基礎上,建立了剝離破壞模式下嵌入式FRP筋加固梁的抗彎承載力計算公式,計算結果與試驗結果吻合較好。

Flexural bearing capacity analysis of strengthened beam with near-surface mounted FRP bars

Abstract:Based on the damage experimental study on four T-shaped reinforced concrete beams strengthened with near-surface mounted FRP bars under two point static loads, the failure characteristics and mechanical properties of the beams were studied. The effects of FRP bar surface characteristics and FRP bar material types on the failure mode, ultimate bearing capacity and rigidity of the strengthened beams were analyzed. The experimental results show that the strengthening method with near-surface mounted FRP bars can significantly improve the yield load and ultimate bearing capacity of the beam. And the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam strengthened with ribbed CFRP bars is the highest, while the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam strengthened with plain round CFRP bars is the lowest. On the basis of experimental study, the calculation formula of flexural bearing capacity of the beams strengthened by near-surface mounted FRP bars under the delamination failure mode was established, and the calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental results.
