二次受力下CFRP板加固鋼梁抗彎承載力試驗研究*

[摘要]通過對碳纖維增強復(fù)合材料(CFRP)板加固受彎鋼梁進行受力分析,推導(dǎo)了二次受力下CFRP板加固鋼梁抗彎承載力計算公式。為驗證該計算公式的正確性,進行了4根CFRP板加固H型鋼梁的靜力試驗,并設(shè)置一根未加固鋼梁作為對比梁,然后用有限元分析軟件ANSYS進行模擬分析,并將理論計算結(jié)果、試驗結(jié)果及有限元分析結(jié)果進行對比。結(jié)果表明,CFRP板加固鋼梁的抗彎承載力隨初始應(yīng)力的增大而減小,所推導(dǎo)的抗彎承載力公式的理論計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果及有限元分析結(jié)果較為吻合,表明該計算公式具有較高精度。[關(guān)鍵詞]二次受力; 碳纖維增強復(fù)合材料; 鋼梁加固; 抗彎承載力中圖分類號:TU391 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)05-0075-05
Experimental study on the flexural capacity of steel beams strengthened by CFRP plate under secondary loadWan Haiying, Feng Ran, Du Weifeng(School of Civil Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei 230009, China)Abstract:The calculation formula of the flexural capacity of steel beams strengthened by carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) plate under secondary load was derived through mechanical analysis on flexural steel beams strengthened by CFRP plate. Four H-shaped steel beams strengthened by CFRP plate were tested under static loading to verify the proposed calculation formula. And one normal H-shaped steel beam was tested for comparison. The simulation analysis was then performed by using the finite element software ANSYS. The calculation results obtained from the proposed calculation formula, the experimental and finite element analysis results were compared. It is shown from the comparison that the flexural capacity of steel beams strengthened by CFRP plate decreases with the increase of the initial stress. The calculation results obtained from the proposed calculation formula agree well with the experimental and finite element analysis results, which means the proposed calculation formula has high accuracy.Keywords:secondary load; carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP); strengthening of steel beam; flexural capacity
