多層磚砌體建筑預(yù)應(yīng)力抗震加固新技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展*

[摘要]針對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)既有磚砌體建筑抗震性能較差的問題,提出了一種適合多層磚砌體房屋的抗震加固新技術(shù),即采用豎向無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋對(duì)砌體墻體進(jìn)行加固,從而改善墻體的抗震性能,提高房屋的整體抗震能力。為了解該技術(shù)的加固效果,完成了兩批共17片墻體構(gòu)件的擬靜力試驗(yàn)研究和一棟2層足尺房屋模型的擬動(dòng)力試驗(yàn)研究。墻體構(gòu)件的試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明,該項(xiàng)加固技術(shù)可以大幅度提高磚砌體墻體的抗裂能力、受剪承載力和延性。房屋模型的擬動(dòng)力試驗(yàn)研究則進(jìn)一步表明,采用該項(xiàng)技術(shù)加固后,抗震設(shè)防烈度不足8度的房屋,在模擬9度罕遇地震的擬動(dòng)力作用下基本保持彈性,抗震能力顯著提高。在試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了預(yù)應(yīng)力加固砌體墻體的受剪承載力的計(jì)算方法。該技術(shù)在北京市懷柔區(qū)某多層辦公建筑的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況表明,其具有施工工藝簡(jiǎn)單、工期短、成本低等優(yōu)勢(shì)。

Research development of prestress seismic retrofitting new technology for multi-story brick masonry buildings

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the seismic behaviors of existing brick masonry buildings in cities and towns are poor, a new seismic retrofitting new technology for multi-story brick masonry buildings was proposed using vertical unbounded prestressed tendons to improve the seismic behavior of the walls as well as to enhance the seismic capacity of the whole building. In order to know the retrofitting effect of this technology, quasi-static tests of 17 walls and the pseudo-dynamic test of a two-story full scale brick masonry building model were carried out. The test results of the walls show that the retrofitting technology can greatly increase the anti-crack ability, shear capacity and ductility of brick masonry walls. The pseudo-dynamic test results of the building model show that the original brick building, which is located in the area with the seismic fortification intensity less than 8 degree, remains basically elastic when subjected a the pseudo-dynamic impact equals to a severe earthquake of 9 degree seismic fortification intensity after the seismic retrofitting. In addition, its seismic ability is improved significantly. Based on the test studies, the calculating method of seismic shear capacity was proposed for the prestress retrofitted brick masonry wall. Practical application of the technology in a multi-story office building in Huairou district of Beijing demonstrates that the retrofitting technology has advantages of simple construction process, short construction period and low cost.
