基于再生改造的舊工業(yè)廠房結(jié)構(gòu)安全分析*

[摘要]在對134例工業(yè)廠房進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,匯總分析舊工業(yè)廠房存在的結(jié)構(gòu)安全問題,并依據(jù)各類工業(yè)廠房結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性問題發(fā)生的頻率進(jìn)行排序,逐次分析有共通性且頻率較高的結(jié)構(gòu)安全問題,提出工業(yè)廠房的加固改造應(yīng)該基于改造后的用途和功能對不同結(jié)構(gòu)部件采取不同的改造方法,在保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全的前提下高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)地完成工業(yè)廠房的改造。結(jié)合實(shí)例分析,對舊工業(yè)廠房改造前進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性檢測,基于安全目的對舊工業(yè)廠房進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)加固,能夠保證改造工程安全、高效進(jìn)行,同時能夠最大限度地滿足改造后建筑的使用功能要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]舊工業(yè)廠房; 改造; 結(jié)構(gòu)安全; 加固; 功能要求中圖分類號:TU745.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)05-0058-05
Transformation-based structural safety analysis on old industrial plantsWu Qian, Zhang Tegang(School of Civil Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi'an 710055, China)Abstract: Collection and analysis of safety problems for old industrial plant structures were conducted based on field surveys of 134 cases of industrial plants. Sorted by the frequencies of various structural reliability problems for different kinds of industrial plants, sequential analyses were conducted on structural safety problems which had commonality and higher frequencies. Suggestion was proposed that reinforcement and transformation of industrial plants should take different transformation methods in different structural members based on the purposes and functions of the members after the transformation. In the premise of ensuring the structural safety, the industrial plant transformation should be efficient and economic. Combining with the example analysis, the structural reliability tests should be carried out before transformations of old industrial plants, and reinforcement should be taken for the safety purpose to guarantee safety and efficiency of the transformation project and at the same time to meet the service function requirements after the transformation as far as possible.
