陳嘉庚紀念堂結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造設(shè)計

［摘要］陳嘉庚紀念堂建成于1982年，現(xiàn)已不能滿足結(jié)構(gòu)抗震安全要求和使用功能要求，需要對其進行加固改造。結(jié)合紀念堂內(nèi)部的維修改造及裝修，在保持原建筑外貌不變的前提下，將原設(shè)縫脫開的結(jié)構(gòu)單元底部重新連接成整體，并采用內(nèi)加壁式框架、鋼筋加固鋼屋架、鋼斜撐加固女兒墻等多種措施提高結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能，減小結(jié)構(gòu)剛度差異，同時增設(shè)舞臺葡萄架以滿足使用功能。按照該方案加固改造后的紀念堂不僅能夠滿足使用功能的要求，還具有良好的抗震性能，實現(xiàn)了提高抗震能力、完善內(nèi)部現(xiàn)代設(shè)施及歷史風貌建筑保護的協(xié)調(diào)。［關(guān)鍵詞］陳嘉庚紀念堂; 歷史風貌建筑; 改造設(shè)計; 抗震加固中圖分類號：TU318 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2016)05-0053-05
Strengthening and construction design for Chen Jiageng Memorial HallLiao Wenbin(Xiamen Zhongfuyuan Institute of Architectural Design & Research, Xiamen 361009, China)Abstract:Chen Jiageng Memorial Hall, completed in 1982, fails to meet the requirements for seismic resistance and functionality and needs to be strengthened. Based on the internal retrofitting and decoration, combined with the unchangeable original building appearance, the bottom of the original structure with construction joint was reconnected as an union, the internal wall-column frame, steel roof truss with steel bar and strengthened parapets with steel diagonals were adopted to improve the seismic resistance and decrease the rigidity differences, and the grape frame for stage was added to meet its functionality. The Memorial Hall after strengthening and retrofitting according to this scheme can not only fulfill functional requirements, but also have better seismic resistance, and fulfill the harmony of increasing seismic resistance, perfecting inner modern facilities and protecting the historical and stylistic architecture.Keywords:Chen Jiageng Memorial Hall; historical and stylistic architecture; retrofitting design; aseismic strengthening
