［摘要］汶川地震中，北川縣城區(qū)內(nèi)大部分房屋破壞嚴(yán)重。對(duì)曲山小學(xué)磚混結(jié)構(gòu)教學(xué)樓現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行勘察，給出了其震損特征；借鑒文物加固原則，結(jié)合已有震損房屋的加固方法，提出了遺址房屋保護(hù)性加固方案和施工流程。采用MIDAS有限元軟件對(duì)加固后的曲山小學(xué)教學(xué)樓進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力和位移分析。結(jié)果表明，加固后能確保結(jié)構(gòu)在7度（0.1g)地震作用下不倒塌。對(duì)加固方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析表明，采用所提出的加固方案可取得較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果。

Study on protective reinforcement methods for postseismic damaged masonry concrete structure buildings

Abstract:In Wenchuan Earthquake, most buildings were severely damaged in Beichuan Town. The status quo of masonry concrete structure teaching building of Qushan Primary School was surveyed and its seismic damages were provided. Based on the strengthening principles of cultural relics, combining with reinforcement methods of existing seismic damaged buildings, a protective reinforcement plan and construction process for post-seismic damaged building were formed. Finite element software of MIDAS was used to carry out stress and displacement analyses on post-reinforcement teaching building of Qushan Primary School. The results show that reinforcement can ensure the structure does not collapse under the earthquake with seismic intensity of 7 degrees (0.1g). The economic analysis on reinforcement scheme shows that proposed reinforcement scheme is economic.
