隔震技術(shù)在云南某辦公樓加固工程中的應(yīng)用與分析*

[摘要]某辦公樓為8層混凝土現(xiàn)澆框架結(jié)構(gòu),建于1989年,經(jīng)抗震鑒定其抗震性能不滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范要求,需進行抗震加固。為減少對上部建筑使用功能的影響,降低綜合造價,縮短加固施工周期,對其采用隔震技術(shù)進行加固。建立了辦公樓三維有限元模型,分析了隔震層的抗風(fēng)性能,通過非線性時程分析法得到非隔震、隔震結(jié)構(gòu)的樓層剪力、樓層傾覆力矩、樓層層間位移角。分析結(jié)果表明:既有建筑采用隔震技術(shù)進行加固,滿足結(jié)構(gòu)抗風(fēng)要求,樓層剪力、傾覆力矩顯著減小,水平地震作用大大降低,使其滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),達到抗震加固目的。詳細(xì)介紹了施工過程中頂升與托換方法,該方法具有施工周期短、經(jīng)濟、環(huán)保的優(yōu)點,實用性強,具有較高的推廣與應(yīng)用價值。

Application and analysis of isolation technique in reinforcement engineering of an office building in Yunnan

Abstract:An 8-story office building built in 1989 adopts reinforced concrete frame structure. According to seismic evaluation, seismic performance of the building fails to fulfill requirements of current codes and the building needs seismic reinforcement. Isolation technique was used in reinforcement in order to minimize the impact on the service function of superstructure, reduce the comprehensive cost and shorten the reinforcement construction period. A three-dimensional finite element model was built for the building to analyze wind resistance performance of the isolation layer and obtain story shear forces, overturning moments of layers,  inter-story drifts of isolation and non-isolation structures through the non-linear time history analysis. The analysis results show that using isolation technique for seismic reinforcement of existing building can meet requirement of structural wind resistance with significant reductions in story shear force and overturning moment of layer, and horizontal seismic action is decreased sharply, which meet the current codes and standards to achieve the purpose of the seismic reinforcement. Furthermore, rising and underpinning method in construction process was introduced in detail. This method has the advantages of short construction period, economy, environment protection and strong practicability. This method has high popularization and application values.
