GFRP筋混凝土梁抗裂性能理論與試驗研究*

[摘要]GFRP筋具有抗拉強度高、重量輕、抗腐蝕、耐疲勞等特點,用它代替混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中受腐蝕的鋼筋具有重要的工程意義。GFRP筋混凝土梁的開裂彎矩是衡量其抗裂性能的重要指標(biāo),也是GFRP筋混凝土梁裂縫寬度、撓度以及力學(xué)性能計算的重要參數(shù)。首先推導(dǎo)了與鋼筋混凝土梁開裂彎矩計算方法相銜接的GFRP筋混凝土梁開裂彎矩的計算公式,然后通過7根GFRP筋混凝土簡支梁及6根GFRP筋混凝土連續(xù)梁試驗檢驗了公式的適用性。試驗過程中通過在GFRP筋混凝土梁受壓區(qū)及受拉區(qū)配置不同數(shù)量的GFRP筋來研究其開裂過程及開裂荷載。研究結(jié)果表明,按照給出的GFRP筋混凝土矩形截面梁正截面開裂彎矩公式得到的理論值與試驗值吻合較好,研究成果將為進(jìn)一步研究GFRP筋混凝土梁的力學(xué)性能提供參考。

Theoretical and experimental research on the cracking resistance performance of concrete beam reinforced with GFRP bars

Abstract:GFRP bars have the characteristics of high tensile strength, light weight, strong resistance to corrosion and fatigue resistance. It has important engineering significance for replacing of corrosive steel bars with GFRP bars in the concrete structures. The cracking moment of concrete beam reinforced with GFRP bars is an important index for measuring the cracking resistance performance, and which is also an important calculation parameter for crack width, deflection and mechanical properties of concrete beam reinforced with GFRP bars. Firstly, the calculation formula of cracking moment of concrete beam reinforced with GFRP bars was deduced, which is established as an extension of the calculation method of concrete beam reinforced with steel bars. And then the applicability of the formula was examined by tests of seven simply-supported concrete beams reinforced with GFRP bars  and six continuous concrete beams reinforced with GFRP bars. In the process of the tests, the cracking process and cracking load of concrete beams reinforced with GFRP bars were studied by configuring different number of GFRP bars in the compressive and tensile zones. The results of the study show that, the theoretical values are in good agreement with the experimental values according to the provided cracking moment formulas of normal section of concrete rectangular section beam reinforced with GFRP bars. The research results will provide reference for further study on mechanical properties of concrete beams reinforced with GFRP bars.
