鋼纖維高強(qiáng)陶?;炷僚c鋼筋的粘結(jié)性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]主要通過42個(gè)局部粘結(jié)的中心拔出試驗(yàn),研究不同鋼纖維體積率、不同鋼筋直徑和不同鋼纖維長(zhǎng)徑比對(duì)鋼纖維高強(qiáng)陶粒混凝土與鋼筋粘結(jié)性能的影響;用能量吸收和等效粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度評(píng)價(jià)了鋼纖維高強(qiáng)陶?;炷僚c鋼筋之間的粘結(jié)韌性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:不摻鋼纖維的高強(qiáng)陶?;炷恋钠茐男问綖榕哑茐?,摻鋼纖維的高強(qiáng)陶?;炷恋钠茐男问綖殇摻畎纬銎茐?;在其他條件相同的情況下,鋼纖維摻量越高其極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度越高(相對(duì)于不摻鋼纖維的陶?;炷?,鋼纖維體積率為0.5%,1%,1.5%時(shí),其極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度分別提高了6.7%,13.4%,18.6%);直徑為22mm的鋼筋的極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度比直徑為16mm的鋼筋的極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度低12.3%。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼纖維; 高強(qiáng)陶?;炷? 粘結(jié)性能; 滑移中圖分類號(hào):TU528,572 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2016)04-0079-06
Experimental research on bond behavior between steel fiber reinforced high-strength-ceramsite concrete and rebarZhang Huanhuan1, Lü Zhenli1, Liu Yang2(1 College of Civil Engineering, Huaqiao University, Xiamen 361021, China; 2 Fujian Province Key Laboratory for Disaster Mitigation in Structural Engineering, Xiamen 361021, China)Abstract:The axial pullout tests of 42 partly-bonded specimens were carried out to study influences of different steel fiber contents, rebar diameters and length to diameter ratios of steel fiber on bond property between steel fiber reinforced high-strength ceramsite concrete and rebar. The bond toughness between steel fiber-reinforced high-strength ceramsite concrete and rebar was evaluated by energy absorption and equivalent bond strength. The test results show that the high-strength ceramsite concrete specimens without steel fiber suffer from splitting failure, and the high-strength ceramsite concrete specimens with steel fiber suffer the increase of steel fiber content when other conditions are the same, and the ultimate bond strengths are increased by 6.7%, 13.4%, 18.6% under the steel fiber content of 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% respectively compared with the ceramsite concrete without steel fiber. The ultimate bond strength of rebar with diameter of 22mm is 12.3% lofrom rebar pull-out failure. The ultimate bond strength is enhanced with wer than that of 16mm diameter rebar.Keywords:steel fiber; high-strength ceramsite concrete; bond property; slippage
