鋼管超高強(qiáng)鋼纖維混凝土柱抗爆性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]對鋼管超高強(qiáng)鋼纖維混凝土柱在爆炸荷載作用下的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)測得了三個(gè)不同裝藥量的反射壓力時(shí)程曲線,對比分析了空心及實(shí)心方形截面和圓形截面鋼管超高強(qiáng)鋼纖維混凝土柱的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)差異,討論了不同折合距離的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在相同內(nèi)、外徑(邊長)條件下,方形截面鋼管超高強(qiáng)鋼纖維混凝土柱抗爆性能優(yōu)于圓形截面的。若設(shè)計(jì)得當(dāng),空心方形截面鋼管超高強(qiáng)鋼纖維混凝土柱抗爆性能優(yōu)于實(shí)心方形截面的。

Experimental study of ultrahigh performance fiber reinforced concrete filled steel tube columns under blast loadingJin Hewei, Liu Zhongxian, Liu Shenyong, Su Yu(Tianjin Key Laboratory of Civil Structure Protection and Reinforcement, Tianjin Chengjian University, Tianjin 300384, China)Abstract:The dynamic response of ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete filled steel tube columns under blast loading was investigated. Three reflected pressure time-history curves with different powder doses were measured during the test. Dynamic response differences of ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete filled steel tube columns with different cross-sections of hollow, solid square and circular sections were compared and analyzed. The effect of different equivalent distances were discussed. The test results show that on the conditions of same inner and outer diameter (side length), anti-blast performance of ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete filled steel tube columns with square cross section is better than circular cross section. If designed properly, anti-blast performance of ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete filled steel tube columns with hollow square cross section is better than solid square cross-section.Keywords:ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete; concrete filled steel tube column; blast loading; dynamic response
