［摘要］石家莊華潤中心屬華潤置地萬象城系列城市高端綜合體項(xiàng)目，裙房單元尺寸約143m×250m，7層裙房上設(shè)置4個(gè)超高層塔樓。為滿足建筑使用功能及立面美觀，未設(shè)置永久伸縮縫、防震縫，形成多塔樓超長結(jié)構(gòu)。從地震扭轉(zhuǎn)控制、塔樓地震力評估、超長結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫控制角度，結(jié)合SATWE和ETABS程序分析結(jié)果，闡述了石家莊華潤中心城市綜合體設(shè)計(jì)中三個(gè)關(guān)鍵性問題，并給出了相關(guān)的解決措施。［關(guān)鍵詞］大底盤多塔結(jié)構(gòu); 超長結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震性能分析; 裂縫控制中圖分類號：TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2016)04-0022-05
Structural design key points of urban complex of Shijiazhuang Huarun CenterZhang Guoyan1, Li Gangqiang1, Yang Yong2, Chen Binlei2(1 China Resources Land (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Beijing 100035, China; 2 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract:Shijiazhuang Huarun Center is a high-end urban complex project which belongs to the Vientiane City series of China Resources Land. The chassis podium has 250 meters length with 143 meters width, and there are four super high-rise towers on the 7-layer podium. In order to fulfill architecture service function and beautiful facade, there is no permanent expansion joint and seismic joint to form a multi-tower super-long structure. There are three key problems in design of urban complex of Shijiazhuang Huarun Center, including seismic torsional displacement ratio, amplification law of seismic forces of towers and crack control method. The key problems were analyzed combining with analysis results of SATWE and ETABS programs.
