基于穩(wěn)定性能的開口截面立柱試驗和計算分析*

[摘要]為模擬單元體幕墻中開口截面立柱在極限風(fēng)壓作用下的穩(wěn)定性能,進行了沙袋模擬加載風(fēng)壓單元體破壞試驗,實測了開口截面公母立柱在平面外和平面內(nèi)的變形值和應(yīng)變值。分別采用英國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)BS 8118∶Part1∶1991和美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ADM-2010的計算方法對開口截面立柱了進行穩(wěn)定和強度計算,并分析比對了計算結(jié)果和試驗結(jié)果。研究表明,試驗結(jié)果遠(yuǎn)大于英國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)BS 8118:Part1:1991和美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ADM-2010的計算結(jié)果,實際應(yīng)用中可對英國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)BS 8118∶Part1∶1991和美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ADM-2010的計算方法進行修正,以達到提高開口型材截面使用率的目的。[關(guān)鍵詞]穩(wěn)定性能; 開口截面; 鋁合金立柱; 單元體幕墻; 計算分析中圖分類號:TU395 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)03-0095-05

The out-of-plane and in-plane deformation and the strain of the male and female columns were measured. Stability and strength of the columns with open section were calculated by using calculation methods of British standard BS 8118∶Part1∶1991and American standard ADM-2010. By comparing the results of experiments and calculation, it is shown that experimental results are much greater than the calculation results of British standard BS 8118∶Part1∶1991and American standard ADM-2010.
