濰坊摩天輪節(jié)點參數(shù)化設(shè)計及計算分析

［摘要］在濰坊白浪河摩天輪項目中，由于構(gòu)成輪盤的空間圓環(huán)存在規(guī)則的數(shù)學(xué)表達形式，所以對輪面網(wǎng)格桿件及其交叉節(jié)點采用了參數(shù)化的設(shè)計方法。后期，對這些參數(shù)設(shè)計節(jié)點編制了能夠自動生成有限元模型、自動進行有限元計算、自動統(tǒng)計結(jié)果的程序，對238個節(jié)點進行了遍歷性的有限元驗算，大大提高了對危險節(jié)點位置的甄別和處理效率。同時對摩天輪內(nèi)外弦的X型和KK型節(jié)點分別進行了參數(shù)化驗算，對采用參數(shù)化設(shè)計及模型計算所生成的前處理和后處理數(shù)據(jù)進行了節(jié)點的強度驗算，相關(guān)節(jié)點的強度均滿足設(shè)計要求。［關(guān)鍵詞］摩天輪; 參數(shù)化設(shè)計; 有限元; 節(jié)點分析; 參數(shù)化建模中圖分類號：TU318.2 文獻標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2016)03-0065-05
Parametric design and analysis of the joint in the structure of the Weifang Sky WheelZhang Gaoming, Ma Ming, Song Tao(China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: In the design of the Sky Wheel along Bailang River in Weifang, the parametric design method was used in designs of grid members and cross joints on wheel surface, because regular mathematical expression exists in spatial circle that constitutes the wheel. In later stage, the program was compiled for these parameter design joints to automatically generate the finite element model, automatically carry out finite element calculation and automatically count results. The ergodic finite element checking calculation was carried out on the 238 joints, which greatly improved the identification and processing efficiency for locations of dangerous joints. At the same time, the parametric checking calculations were conducted on the X-shaped and KK-shaped joints of the inside and outside chords for the Sky Wheel respectively. And the strength of the joint was checked using the pre-processing and post-processing data calculated by the parametric design method and model.
