南寧某超高層綜合樓的結構方案選擇

[摘要]某超高層綜合樓地下4層,地上62層,建筑總高度300m。針對該超高層建筑的特性,從受力性能和經(jīng)濟性出發(fā),對矩形鋼管混凝土柱框架-核心筒混合結構、圓鋼管混凝土柱框架-核心筒混合結構和鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結構三種不同的結構方案進行對比分析,最終選擇鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結構方案作為結構設計的方向。該工程由于選用了合適的結構方案和合理的結構布置,使工程在具有良好的結構性能和更優(yōu)的經(jīng)濟性之間獲得平衡。[關鍵詞]超高層建筑; 矩形鋼管混凝土柱框架-核心筒結構; 圓鋼管混凝土柱框架-核心筒結構- 鋼筋混凝框架-核心筒結構中圖分類號:TU973 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)03-0049-05

In view of the particularity of the super high-rise building, three different structural concepts were compared from the perspective of the mechanical behavior and economical efficiency, which contain rectangle CFT column frame-core tube composite structure, circular CFT column frame-core tube composite structure and reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure. The reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure was chosen for the direction of structure design.
