首層采用型鋼混凝土柱的柱頂隔震結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)分析

[摘要]首柱頂隔震可較好地解決地震中首層結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱易損的問題。由于型鋼混凝土比普通鋼筋混凝土的承載力和剛度較高、抗震性能較好,將其應(yīng)用于首層結(jié)構(gòu)可滿足隔震層以下結(jié)構(gòu)較高的承載力要求。為較全面地闡述此類結(jié)構(gòu)的工程應(yīng)用,對某首層架空的9層辦公樓進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與分析,包括減震方案和底層結(jié)構(gòu)形式的分析與選擇、結(jié)構(gòu)的整體有限元分析和隔震設(shè)計(jì)等。分析表明:相對抗震結(jié)構(gòu),隔震結(jié)構(gòu)的基本周期顯著延長;在設(shè)防地震作用下,結(jié)構(gòu)水平向減震系數(shù)為0.39,減震效果較好;在罕遇地震作用下,結(jié)構(gòu)仍處于彈性且隔震層安全可靠。對隔震層下部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計(jì),發(fā)現(xiàn)采用型鋼混凝土相對采用鋼筋混凝土的截面尺寸小,在造價(jià)增加不多的情況下,既能滿足結(jié)構(gòu)安全又可增加首層的使用建筑面積,可獲得較好的綜合效益。

Design and analysis on isolation structure at column top with SRC columns at first floor

Abstract:The weakness and vulnerability of first floor could be solved with isolation on the top of columns at first floor under earthquakes. Due to the relatively high carrying capacity, high stiffness and good seismic performance compared with common reinforced concrete, the steel reinforced concrete(SRC) is applied to the first floor structure and can meet the high bearing capacity requirements of substructure for isolation layer. In order to make a more comprehensive description of its engineering application, design and analysis on a 9-floor office building with large space at first floor were carried out, including the selection and analysis of damping program and structural form of first floor, overall finite element analysis and the isolation structure design, etc. Results show that: compared with the seismic structure, the fundamental period of the isolated structure is significantly extended; under the fortification earthquake, the damping coefficient of superstructure in horizontal direction is 0.39 and damping effect is well; under rare earthquake, the structure is still in the state of elasticity and the isolation layer is secure. It is found that member section of steel reinforced concrete is relatively smaller than the section of reinforced concrete when the substructure of isolation layer is analyzed and designed. In the case of relative small increase of cost, structure with isolation layer can meet the structural safety requirement and increase usable building area of the first floor. A better overall efficiency will be get using SRC.
