帶轉換雙塔超高層結構抗震性能化設計

[摘要]深圳某項目為由兩棟超高層住宅塔樓及底部商業(yè)裙房構成的大底盤雙塔結構,兩棟塔樓整體平面分別成L形和凹形。該項目除結構高度超限外,尚存在扭轉不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則、尺寸突變、豎向構件不連續(xù)等不規(guī)則項。采用等效彈性方法對結構關鍵構件進行了中震不屈服和中震彈性驗算,采用ABAQUS程序對結構進行了罕遇地震彈塑性動力時程分析,對結構整體性能狀態(tài)和關鍵構件的塑性開展進行了研究。結果表明,項目各關鍵構件滿足所設定的抗震性能目標,結構具有良好的抗震性能。[關鍵詞]超高層建筑; 框支剪力墻; 轉換層; 凹凸不規(guī)則; 豎向構件不連續(xù); 抗震性能化設計中圖分類號:TU973+.31 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)03-0012-07
Performance-based seismic design on super high-rise twin tower building with transfer storyGuo Weiliang, Dong Wanbo, Wu Jinmei, Li Huarong(RBS Architectural Engineering Design Associates, Guangzhou 510170, China)Abstract:A project in Shenzhen is composed of two super high-rise residential tower buildings and a bottom commercial podium to form a twin tower building with large chassis. The overall shapes of the two towers in plane are L-shaped and concave. The project's height exceeds the code limits and there are four irregular items including torsion irregularity, concave-convex irregularity, dimension mutation and vertical component discontinuity. The elastic and unyielding checks under the fortification earthquake were carried out on the key structural components through equivalent elastic method. The elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis using ABAQUS program was taken to research the overall structural performance and the key components' plasticity development under the rare earthquake. The results show that all the key components in project meet the expected seismic performance objectives and the structure has a good seismic performance.Keywords:super high-rise building; frame-supported shear wall; transfer story; concave-convex irregularity; vertical component discontinuity; performance-based seismic design
