銹蝕PC構(gòu)件剩余預(yù)加力計(jì)算方法*

[摘要]預(yù)應(yīng)力筋銹蝕后截面積減小,導(dǎo)致預(yù)加力損失。預(yù)壓狀態(tài)下的混凝土必然會(huì)發(fā)生彈性膨脹,其膨脹又受到預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的約束,從而引起預(yù)應(yīng)力筋和混凝土彈性變形的改變。考慮銹蝕過(guò)程中預(yù)應(yīng)力筋截面積的減小,以及預(yù)應(yīng)力筋和混凝土彈性變形的改變,對(duì)銹蝕預(yù)加力損失進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。分析了預(yù)應(yīng)力筋和混凝土彈性變形的改變對(duì)銹蝕預(yù)加力損失的影響,給出了剩余預(yù)加力的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法,并通過(guò)銹蝕PC構(gòu)件抗彎試驗(yàn)對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。研究表明:預(yù)應(yīng)力筋和混凝土彈性變形的改變對(duì)銹蝕預(yù)加力損失影響不大,采用預(yù)應(yīng)力筋面積銹蝕率估算銹蝕預(yù)加力損失率的方法具有較高的精度。

Calculating method of residual prestress force  for corroded PC members

Abstract:Corrosion of prestressing tendons reduces the cross-section area, which results in prestress force loss. Under the condition of pre-compression, elastic-expansion happens in concrete and the expansion is restrained by the prestressing tendon, which leads to the elastic deformation change of the prestressed tendons and concrete. The loss of the corroded prestress force was calculated considering the decrease of the cross-section area of prestressing tendons and the elastic deformation change of the prestressed tendons and concrete. The effect of the elastic deformation change of prestressing tendons and concrete on the corroded prestress force loss was analyzed. The simplified calculation method for the residual prestress force was provided and results were verified by bending test on corroded PC member. Research shows that the elastic deformation change of prestressing tendons and concrete has little effect on the corroded prestress force loss, and it has high accuracy to estimate the rate of corroded prestress force loss by using the area corroded rate of prestressing tendons.
