HRB500級鋼筋活性粉末混凝土梁受彎性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]通過5根配置HRB500級或HRB400級鋼筋活性粉末混凝土簡支梁的受彎性能試驗(yàn),分析試驗(yàn)梁在各級荷載作用下的裂縫分布與開展情況。根據(jù)實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證現(xiàn)行混凝土規(guī)范有關(guān)受拉區(qū)裂縫間距和最大裂縫寬度等計算公式對于試驗(yàn)梁的適用性,并提出了極限彎矩的計算方法。研究表明:試驗(yàn)梁的裂縫分布及寬度與配筋率、鋼筋直徑和鋼筋等級等參數(shù)相關(guān);計算高強(qiáng)鋼筋活性粉末混凝土梁的正截面承載力時,應(yīng)考慮活性粉末混凝土的抗拉強(qiáng)度和鋼纖維的拉結(jié)作用,受拉區(qū)等效塑性系數(shù)k可取0.3。

Experimental study on flexural property of reactive powder concrete beams with HRB500 steel

Abstract:An experimental study was conducted to investigate the flexural property of 5 reactive power concrete beams with HRB400 or HRB500 steel. The crack distribution and development in test beams were analyzed under various stepwise loadings. According to the measured datum, the applicability of tensile area crack spacing and maximum crack width calculation formulas in current concrete code for test beams were verified, and the computing method of the ultimate bending moment was suggested. The research shows that the crack distribution and width of test beams relate to parameters like reinforcement ratio, steel diameter, steel grade and so on. To calculate the normal section bearing capacity of high strength reinforced reactive powder concrete beams, the tensile strength of reactive powder concrete and the tying effect of steel fiber should be considered, and the equivalent plastic coefficient k within tensile region is set to 0.3.
