小跨高比鋼板-混凝土組合連梁抗剪承載力計(jì)算方法研究*

[摘要]采用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)小跨高比鋼板-混凝土組合連梁抗剪承載力進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析。通過大量的數(shù)值模擬,分析了跨高比、鋼板厚度和縱筋配筋率等參數(shù)對(duì)小跨高比鋼板-混凝土組合連梁抗剪承載力的影響。結(jié)果表明,小跨高比鋼板-混凝土組合連梁對(duì)鋼板的抗剪承載力利用率更高,但是增加鋼板厚度會(huì)使鋼板抗剪承載力利用率迅速降低;當(dāng)小跨高比鋼板-混凝土組合連梁發(fā)生剪切破壞時(shí),縱筋配筋率幾乎不對(duì)試件承載力有影響;根據(jù)鋼板厚度和跨高比的不同,發(fā)生剪切破壞的鋼板-混凝土組合連梁中鋼板對(duì)抗剪承載力的貢獻(xiàn)可達(dá)到43%~81%,但不會(huì)超過81%。分析擬合了鋼板對(duì)抗剪承載力貢獻(xiàn)的計(jì)算公式,提出的計(jì)算方法可以應(yīng)用于小跨高比鋼板-混凝土組合連梁的設(shè)計(jì),建議設(shè)計(jì)過程中承受較大剪力的小跨高比鋼板-混凝土組合連梁鋼板抗剪承載力乘以折減系數(shù)0.8。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼板-混凝土組合連梁; 小跨高比; 有限元分析; 抗剪承載力中圖分類號(hào):TU398 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)15-0064-06

With abundant numerical simulations, effects of factors on the shear capacity of SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio were analyzed, including span-to-depth ratio, plate thickness and longitudinal reinforcement ratio. The results show that the utilization rate of the shear capacity of steel plate is higher for SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio, but the utilization ratio of the shear capacity of steel plate decreases quickly with increase of the plate-thickness. The longitudinal reinforcement ratio has little impact on the shear capacity when the shear failure of SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio occurs. Considering different plate thicknesses and span-to-depth ratios, the contribution of the steel plate in SPRC coupling beams on shear capacity is from 43% to 81%, but no more than 81%. The fitting formula for the contribution of the steel plate on shear capacity was proposed. The proposed calculation method can be applied to the design of SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio. It is recommended that the shear capacity of the steel plate be multiplied by reduction factor of 0.8 if a large shear force exists in the design of SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio.Keywords:steel plate-reinforced composite coupling beam; small span-to-depth ratio; finite element analysis; shear capacity
