某銀行新綜合業(yè)務(wù)樓結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計

[摘要]中國建設(shè)銀行股份有限公司寧波市分行新綜合業(yè)務(wù)樓為采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系的特別不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹了該結(jié)構(gòu)的超限設(shè)計,包括小震反應(yīng)譜分析、彈性時程分析和Pushover分析,對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件提出合適的性能目標(biāo),采取了相應(yīng)抗震加強(qiáng)措施。對關(guān)鍵鋼桁架、鋼挑架節(jié)點在中震、大震下進(jìn)行有限元分析。計算和分析結(jié)果表明,所提出的各項性能目標(biāo)都能得到實現(xiàn),采用的性能化抗震設(shè)計和抗震措施都能滿足結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震設(shè)防要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]特別不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震性能設(shè)計; 節(jié)點設(shè)計中圖分類號:TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)15-0051-05
Structural analysis and design on new comprehensive business building of a bankTang Yun(Ningbo Urban Construction Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Ningbo 315012, China)Abstract:The structure of new comprehensive business building of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. Ningbo Branch, which adopts frame-shear wall structure system, is a special irregularity structure. Out-of-code design was introduced including response spectrum analysis under small earthquake, elastic time-history analysis and Pushover analysis. Appropriate performance objectives were proposed to key components and the corresponding seismic-resistance strengthening measures were adopted. Furthermore, the finite-element method was used in the design of key joint of steel truss and steel cantilever frame under moderate earthquake and rare earthquake. The results show that the structure can successfully achieve all the design goals and seismic-resistance performance design and seismic-resistance measures can meet requirements for seismic resistance.Keywords:special irregularity structure; seismic-resistance performance design; joint design
