［摘要］通過(guò)由CFG樁與二灰樁組合而成的長(zhǎng)短樁復(fù)合地基處理某30層高層建筑軟弱液化地基的工程實(shí)例，探討了這一類型復(fù)合地基的承載力與沉降變形的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法，并與建筑物實(shí)測(cè)的承載力、沉降值進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。從中可看出：這種處理方法使原地基土消除了液化，滿足了上部結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)地基承載力、變形的要求，同時(shí)也驗(yàn)證了所提出的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法的可行性。

Application and analysis of long-short-pile composite foundation of high-rise building in soft soil

Abstract:A case of the long-short-pile composite foundation in liquefied soil under a 30stoeryed high-rise building is presented, in which the long and short piles are made of CFG and lime. A new design method of the foundation treatment is introduced, and the calculated value is compared with the actual measurement. The results show that the liquefaction of soft ground is eliminated and the demand of load and settlement for upper building is met. At the same time, it is proved that the design method is available.
