2014年“威馬遜”超強(qiáng)臺風(fēng)作用下建筑結(jié)構(gòu)災(zāi)損調(diào)查與分析:輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)

[摘要]“威馬遜”超強(qiáng)臺風(fēng)中心附近最大風(fēng)力為17級,最大持續(xù)風(fēng)速為60m/s,臺風(fēng)強(qiáng)度高于海南省北部建筑50年重現(xiàn)期設(shè)計(jì)臺風(fēng),造成了嚴(yán)重的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)災(zāi)損。通過14個(gè)建筑項(xiàng)目中64個(gè)輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的臺風(fēng)災(zāi)損情況,初步分析和總結(jié)了引起結(jié)構(gòu)災(zāi)損的內(nèi)在原因,并對改進(jìn)輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)提出了建議措施。主要結(jié)論為:經(jīng)過正規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)體系和連接構(gòu)造合理的輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu),其承重結(jié)構(gòu)均安全地抵御了“威馬遜”臺風(fēng);在“威馬遜”臺風(fēng)中輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的承重結(jié)構(gòu)的受損主要是因結(jié)構(gòu)自身存在明顯缺陷而引起的;輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的災(zāi)損比承重結(jié)構(gòu)的災(zāi)損更普遍和嚴(yán)重,引起圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)災(zāi)損的主要原因?yàn)閲o(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)自身的缺陷和在設(shè)計(jì)中風(fēng)荷載取值偏低。

Reconnaissance and analysis of building structure damages caused by super typhoon Rammasun in 2014: light steel structures

Abstract:The largest wind level near the center of super typhoon Rammasun was 17 grade, with maximum sustained wind velocity of 60m/s. The typhoon intensity was higher than that of 50 year return period design typhoon of buildings in the north of  Hainan province, and serious structural damages were caused. Through the reconnaissance of typhoon disaster damages of 64 light steel structures in 14 construction projects, the underlying causes of the structural damages were preliminarily analyzed and summarized. And the measures and suggestions to improve the wind resistant design of light steel structures were put forward. The main conclusions are as follows: the load-bearing structures of light steel structures with qualified design and reasonable structural system and connection details were safe against the typhoon Rammasun; the damage of load-bearing structure of the light steel structures in the typhoon Rammasun was mainly due to its obvious defects of the structure; the envelope systems of the light steel structures were more vulnerable to typhoon damages than the load-bearing systems, due to structural defects in the envelope systems and low wind load adopted in designing the envelope systems.
