自平衡試驗(yàn)在鯉魚(yú)沱大橋中的應(yīng)用*

[摘要]對(duì)于承受大荷載的小樁徑樁基的靜載試驗(yàn),采用傳統(tǒng)堆載或錨樁提供反力,實(shí)現(xiàn)難度較大,故對(duì)于鯉魚(yú)沱大橋樁基,采用靜載自平衡試驗(yàn)。通過(guò)自平衡試驗(yàn),對(duì)荷載箱埋設(shè)、組合千斤頂和油表率定、加載和卸載、單樁豎向承載力計(jì)算等關(guān)鍵過(guò)程予以控制。試驗(yàn)表明,試樁3c2,3c4的單樁豎向極限承載力為39 220kN;組合千斤頂和油表率定還需要進(jìn)一步規(guī)范;現(xiàn)有技術(shù)條件下,自平衡試驗(yàn)是承受大荷載樁基靜載試驗(yàn)的理想選擇;在工程樁中開(kāi)展自平衡試驗(yàn)需要慎重。[關(guān)鍵詞]鯉魚(yú)沱大橋; 樁基; 組合千斤頂; 平衡點(diǎn); 豎向承載力; 自平衡試驗(yàn)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):U446.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)14-0087-05

So self-balanced static load test was adopted in Li-yu Tuo Bridge. In selfbalanced load test, the key processes were controlled, such as load box burial, combined jack and oil table calibration, loading and unloading, and vertical bearing capacity calculation. The test shows that vertical ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile is 39 220kN for piles of 3c2 and 3c4. Combined jack and oil table calibration need further specified. Under the current technology, it is an ideal choice to apply self-balanced static load test for static load of heavy load pile foundation.
