［摘要］提出了超高層樓蓋選型時(shí)需考慮的因素，闡述了樓蓋主要分類及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，并結(jié)合武漢綠地中心工程實(shí)例，對(duì)幾種主要的樓蓋體系選型進(jìn)行了分析研究，從影響樓蓋體系選型的幾個(gè)主要因素進(jìn)行了比較論證，對(duì)今后工程設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)方判斷方案的合理性具有參考意義。［關(guān)鍵詞］超高層建筑; 樓蓋體系; 組合樓蓋; 壓型鋼板; 鋼筋桁架樓承板中圖分類號(hào)：TU318.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)14-0052-04

The main classification as well as advantages and disadvantages of floor systems were expounded. Taking Wuhan Greenland Center as an example, analysis approach of several typical floor systems were carried out together with comparison of main factors affecting floor system optimal selection, which have reference significance for the engineering designer and the building side to decide the rationality of floor system scheme.Keywords: supper high-rise building; floor system; composite floor; profiled steel sheet; rebar truss floor support plate
