［摘要］天津國(guó)家會(huì)展中心為會(huì)展類(lèi)項(xiàng)目，對(duì)室外的承載能力要求很高。項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)地現(xiàn)狀是水塘，需要回填，且下層土為深厚的軟土，必須進(jìn)行地基處理才能滿(mǎn)足承載力和沉降的要求。這類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的室外地基處理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)沒(méi)有明確的規(guī)范依據(jù)，經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)研、專(zhuān)家論證、技術(shù)研究、經(jīng)濟(jì)性比較等方法，選擇出適當(dāng)?shù)牡鼗幚矸桨?。最終方案綜合考慮了工程地質(zhì)特點(diǎn)、地基處理技術(shù)合理性、施工可行性、建設(shè)周期、工程造價(jià)等多方面因素，實(shí)現(xiàn)了安全可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的目標(biāo)。［關(guān)鍵詞］地基處理; 軟土地基; 回填場(chǎng)地; 工后沉降; 沉降控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)：TU473 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)13-0057-05
Outdoor field foundation treatment design of Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition CenterWang Yang, Zhan Yongqin, Ma Ji(China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China )Abstract:Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition Center is an exhibition project which needs high bearing capacity of the outdoor field. The current situation of site is a pond that needs to be backfilled. The field subsoil is the deep soft soil. The foundation must be processed in order to meet the requirement of bearing capacity and settlement. The outdoor field foundation treatment standards of this kind project are not clear on the basis of specification. Through the method of research, expert consultation, technical research, economic comparison, the proper foundation treatment processing scheme was selected. The final solution, which considered the geological characteristics，rationality of foundation treatment processing technical, construction feasibility, period and the cost, can achieve the target of safe and reliable, economic and reasonable.Keywords:foundation treatment; soft soil foundation; backfill ground; post construction settlement; settlement control standard
