成都來福士廣場T5塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]成都來福士廣場T5塔樓存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、懸挑、斜柱、豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)等多項超限。針對T5塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時采取了多項加強措施:鋼桁架懸挑轉(zhuǎn)換、承受拉力的梁內(nèi)設(shè)置型鋼、轉(zhuǎn)換部位樓板加厚,對重要構(gòu)件提高了中震和大震作用下的性能目標,剪力墻底部加強部位取1~20層,加強部位柱和剪力墻的抗震等級都提高為一級,懸挑部位在設(shè)計時考慮豎向地震作用,對結(jié)構(gòu)在小震、中震、大震作用下的抗震性能進行了計算分析。分析結(jié)果表明,T5塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能能夠滿足要求,結(jié)構(gòu)總體可達到預(yù)設(shè)的抗震設(shè)計性能目標。

Structural design of T5 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu

Abstract:The T5 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu  exists out-of-code problems such as irregular torsion, cantilever, inclined column, discontinuity of the vertical columns and shear walls. To deal with the complexity of the T5 tower structure, several strengthening design measures were taken including cantilever transferring by steel truss, tensional beam with section steel members installed inside, adding the thickness of slabs in transferring parts. The performance-based seismic design goals of important structural members were improved. The bottom strengthening part of the shear wall adopted from 1st to 20th story, and the seismic grades of the columns and shear walls of bottom strengthening part were developed to a higher level. Vertical seismic action was considered in the design of the cantilever transferring structures. The seismic performances of the structure were analyzed under the frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes. Analyses results show that the seismic performance of the structure can meet the code requirements and the overall structure can achieve performancebased seismic design goals.
