成都來(lái)福士廣場(chǎng)T4塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]成都來(lái)福士廣場(chǎng)T4塔樓為不規(guī)則復(fù)雜超限結(jié)構(gòu),立面獨(dú)特,結(jié)構(gòu)形式復(fù)雜。塔樓包含型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)及鋼結(jié)構(gòu),存在較多轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件、立面斜撐。對(duì)項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹,并采用SATWE,ETABS軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)彈性階段進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)主要指標(biāo)滿足規(guī)范要求;針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)超限情況采取了相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施,對(duì)立面斜撐、大跨轉(zhuǎn)換梁及梁上開(kāi)洞等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,并對(duì)整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈塑性分析,結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能滿足規(guī)范要求。最后根據(jù)振動(dòng)臺(tái)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位進(jìn)行了加強(qiáng),確保實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of T4 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu

Abstract:The T4 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu is a complex out-of-code structure with unique faade and complex structural systems. The tower consists of SRC and steel structure as well as transferring members and diagonal braces. The structural systems and design difficulties were introduced. The elastic-stage calculation results by SATWE and ETABS show that the main indices can meet the requirements of the codes. The corresponding strengthening measures were taken on out-of-code conditions. The diagonal braces, large-span transferring beams and beam openings were studied. And the elastic-plastic analysis was carried out on the overall structure. The results show that the structural seismic performance can meet the requirements of the codes. According to the shaking table test results, the weak parts of the structure were strengthened to ensure the realization of structural seismic performance objectives.
