成都來福士廣場T3塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]成都來福士廣場T3塔樓建筑立面存在大開洞、斜向懸挑及收進(jìn)等,造成結(jié)構(gòu)平面和豎向均不規(guī)則。本工程為復(fù)雜超限結(jié)構(gòu),采用帶斜撐的密排柱框架+核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹了設(shè)計過程中針對工程超限情況及復(fù)雜性因素所采取的設(shè)計思路、結(jié)構(gòu)措施以及重要構(gòu)件的抗震性能設(shè)計目標(biāo),進(jìn)行了整體結(jié)構(gòu)小震彈性及豎向構(gòu)件的中震彈性設(shè)計,并采用動力彈塑性分析以及振動臺試驗(yàn)對結(jié)構(gòu)在大震作用下的抗震性能進(jìn)行了論證。研究結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計中采取的措施有效減小了結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的不利響應(yīng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了所提出的各項(xiàng)抗震性能目標(biāo),整體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能得到了有力保證。[關(guān)鍵詞]成都來福士廣場; 復(fù)雜超限結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震性能化設(shè)計; 動力彈塑性分析; 振動臺試驗(yàn)中圖分類號:TU973.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)13-0022-04
Structural design of T3 tower of Raffles City in ChengduWang Yang, Xu Ziguo, Sun Jianchao, Liu Junjin, Zhao Yange, Ren Jianwei(China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract:The T3 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu is an out-of-code complex structure with planar and vertical irregularities due to large openings in faade, oblique cantilever and setback. The structural system of the tower is bracing frame with dense columns and core tube. The design ideas, structural measures were introduced as well as the performancebased seismic design objectives of the critical components to solve out-of-code problems and complexity factors in design. The elastic-design of the whole structure under the frequent earthquake was carried out and elastic design of vertical members under the fortification earthquake was taken. The dynamic elastic-plastic analysis and shake table test were taken to study the seismic performance of the tower under the rare earthquake. The research results show that the structural measures can effectively decrease the adverse effects of the structure due to the earthquake. Besides, the performance-based seismic design objectives were achieved and seismic performance of the whole structure is absolutely assured by structural measures.Keywords:Raffles City in Chengdu; complex out-of-code structure; performance-based seismic design; dynamic elastic-plastic analysis; shaking table test
