［摘要］成都來福士廣場T1塔樓建筑平面為L形，建筑立面大開洞和懸挑造成結(jié)構(gòu)平面和豎向均不規(guī)則，結(jié)構(gòu)采用帶斜撐的密排柱外框+剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。針對結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜部位，采取了多種針對性的抗震加強措施，提高了關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的抗震設(shè)計性能目標；通過對結(jié)構(gòu)進行彈性時程分析、重要桁架二道防線驗算、施工過程模擬影響分析、動力彈塑性時程分析等多種分析手段，保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性。［關(guān)鍵詞］成都來福士廣場; 復(fù)雜超限結(jié)構(gòu); 性能化設(shè)計; 動力彈塑性分析; 轉(zhuǎn)換桁架中圖分類號：TU973.3 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2015)13-0012-05
Structural design of T1 tower of Raffles City in ChengduYue Lijie1,2, Sun Jianchao1, Wang Yang1, Liu Junjin1, Chen Ying1(1 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China; 2 Beijing Vanke Co., Ltd., Beijing 100125, China)Abstract:The T1 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu with L-shaped plane, which have planar and vertical irregularities due to large openings in facade and cantilevers, adopts structural system of bracing frame with dense columns and shear wall. A variety of corresponding seismic strengthening measures were taken for complex parts of the structure to improve performance-based seismic design objective of key components. The safety of the structure was ensured by several analyses methods such as elastic time-history analysis, checking for second seismic line of important trusses, construction process simulation analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis.Keywords:Raffles City in Chengdu; complex out-of-code structure; performance-based design; dynamic elastic-plastic analysis; transferring truss
