成都來福士廣場結(jié)構(gòu)總體設(shè)計

[摘要]成都來福士廣場由5座呈半圍合形不等高的塔樓、1座中央裙房以及4層地下室組成,塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)主體形式為鋼筋混凝土帶斜撐的密柱框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),裙房為鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)。建筑物主要外立面采用淺色清水混凝土。5座塔樓外形新穎獨特,形成復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)體系,主要特點包括:突出懸挑、斜向懸挑、立面開大洞、立面收進(jìn)、豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、空中連橋等。結(jié)構(gòu)存在多項超限或抗震不利特征,設(shè)計過程中采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計思想。針對各部位的重要性,通過提高性能目標(biāo)、詳細(xì)的計算分析、試驗研究、施工全過程模擬、監(jiān)測等措施,保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的可實施性及安全性。

General structural design of Raffles City in Chengdu

Abstract: Raffles City in Chengdu is composed of 5 semi-enclosed towers with different heights, a central podium and 4 layers basement. The main structural system of the towers is dense column frame-shear wall with brace reinforced concrete structure and the podium adopts the structural system of reinforced concrete frame. The light color bare concrete is used for main facades. With unique facade shapes, the 5 towers present a complex structural system. The main features include protruding cantilever, oblique cantilever, large openings in facade, setback, discontinue vertical components and air bridge. The structure has several out-of-code or seismic unfavorable characteristics, so the performance-based seismic design concept was adopted in the design process. In view of the importance of each part, the practicability and safety of the structure were ensured through performance objective improvement, detailed calculation analysis, test study, simulation analysis of construction process and monitoring of the whole construction process.
