燒結空心磚砌體力學性能的試驗研究*

[摘要]基于抗壓強度試驗和對角加載剪切試驗,研究燒結空心磚砌體的抗壓和抗剪性能,測試其抗壓和抗剪強度指標,觀察其受力變形破壞過程,并與實心磚砌體進行對比,深入分析燒結空心磚砌體的破壞機理。研究表明,燒結空心磚砌體受壓破壞形態(tài)明顯不同于實心磚砌體,燒結空心磚的局部塊體破壞導致砌體整體失效,其抗壓強度與塊體的強度密切相關,且離散性大;燒結空心磚砌體受壓前期被壓實,峰值應變大于實心磚砌體的,峰值點后呈顯著脆性;燒結空心磚砌體的抗剪強度主要與砂漿和塊體的界面特性有關,剪切破壞發(fā)生于灰縫,現(xiàn)行規(guī)范給出的砌體抗剪強度經(jīng)驗公式適用于燒結空心磚砌體。建議對燒結空心磚砌體進行采用對角加載剪切試驗時,對加載兩端角部進行加強,以避免燒結空心磚壓壞先于砌體剪切破壞。[關鍵詞]燒結空心磚砌體; 抗壓強度試驗; 對角加載剪切試驗; 力學性能; 破壞機理中圖分類號:TU362 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)12-0090-06
Experimental study on mechanical properties of fired hollow brick masonryLiang Xinxiao, Li Bixiong, Peng Juan(College of Architecture and Environment, Sichuan University, Chengdu 610065, China)Abstract: Axial compression test and diagonal shear test on fired hollow brick masonry were carried out to investigate the compressive property and shear property of the masonry. Both compressive strength and shear strength were tested and the failure process was observed, which were compared with solid brick masonry to further analyze the failure mechanism of fired hollow brick masonry. The results show that the failure mode of fired hollow brick masonry under axial compression was significantly different from that of solid brick masonry. The damage of some bricks in the masorry potentially leads to failure of the whole masonry. The compressive strength of masonry with large discreteness is closely related to the strength of the hollow brick. Fired hollow brick masonry performs being compacted under low pressure with larger peak strain than that of solid brick masonry, and significant brittleness is observed after the peak point. The property of the mortar-brick interface greatly affects the shear strength of the fired hollow brick masonry. Shear failure occurs in mortar joint. The empirical formula of masonry shear strength specified by the current code is applicable to fired hollow brick masonry. In diagonal shear test, some strengthening measurements to the loading corners of the specimen were suggested to avoid crushing in the corners before shear failure occurs.Keywords: fired hollow brick masonry; axial compression test; diagonal shear test; mechanical property; failure mechanism
