矩形孔頁巖燒結(jié)保溫砌塊砌體基本力學(xué)性能試驗研究*

[摘要]通過對矩形孔頁巖燒結(jié)保溫砌塊薄灰縫砌體軸心受壓性能和沿通縫抗剪性能試驗研究,分析了其破壞特征和受力機理。試驗結(jié)果表明:高強度等級專用砂漿砌筑的矩形孔頁巖燒結(jié)保溫砌塊砌體抗壓試件破壞時裂縫主要出現(xiàn)在企口面且分布比較均勻,脆性特征明顯;薄灰縫砌體受剪破壞形態(tài)主要為單剪破壞,在分析破壞面砂漿的分布形態(tài)后,提出了提高砌體抗剪強度的砌筑方式;研究了試件寬度對中型砌塊抗壓強度的影響;結(jié)合試驗結(jié)果給出了適用性更好的矩形孔頁巖燒結(jié)保溫砌塊砌體抗壓、抗剪強度計算公式。

Experimental study on basic mechanical properties of shale fired heat-insulation block masonry

Abstract: The failure characteristics and stress mechanism of shale fired heat-insulation block with rectangular opening masonry with thin motor joint were analyzed through the experimental study on axial compressive property and shear performance along horizontal bed joint tests. The results show that shale fired heat-insulation block masonry with rectangular opening built with high strength special  mortar grade masonry has equally distributed cracks that are on the long edge in compressive experimental failure and  its failure is obvious brittle failure. The main shear failure pattern of thin mortar joint masonry is mainly single shear failure. After the analyses of the motor distribution forms on failure surfaces, a new laying process that could enhance the shear strength of the masonry was proposed. The influence of the width of specimen on compressive strength of medium masonry was studied. Better applicability calculation formulas of compressive strength and shear strength of shale fired heat-insulation block masonry with rectangular opening  were provided based on the results of the experiments.
