對《砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》（GB 50003—2011）若干問題的分析與修訂建議*

［摘要］基于《砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50003—2011)頒布以來的實踐與反饋意見，分析了砌體強度、耐久性設(shè)計、承載力計算、構(gòu)造要求、抗震設(shè)計中的一些不正確、欠嚴密和不完善之處，提出了修改和補充意見。在砌體結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件承載力計算方法上，《砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》的制定、修訂應(yīng)引領(lǐng)它在砌體結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定、加固等標準間的銜接、完善與配套。為提高砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計質(zhì)量和工程質(zhì)量，建議取消剛彈性方案房屋靜力分析的規(guī)定，提供簡化的墻梁計算方法?！镀鲶w結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50003—2011)從體系上應(yīng)作進一步的調(diào)整與充實，以適應(yīng)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展需要。［關(guān)鍵詞］砌體結(jié)構(gòu); 設(shè)計規(guī)范; 規(guī)范修訂中圖分類號：TU365 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2015)12-0076-05
Analyses and revision suggestions on some articles of Code for design of masonry structures（GB 50003—2011）
Shi Chuxian, Huang Liang, Bao Tangtang(College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China)Abstract: Based on the practice and feedback views for Code for design of masonry structures (GB 50003—2011), some incorrect, imprecise and imperfect aspects of the masonry strength, durability design, capacity calculation, structural requirements and seismic design were analyzed, and revises and additional comments were given. As for the bearing capacity calculation of masonry structural members, the establishment and revision of Code for design of masonry structures should lead the engagement, improvement and supplementary in standards such as identification and strengthening of masonry structures. In order to improve the design quality and engineering quality of the masonry structures, it was suggested that rules of rigidelastic scheme of housing static analysis should be abolished and a simplified calculation method of wall beam should be provided. Code for design of masonry structures (GB 50003—2011) should further be adjusted and enriched from the systematic perspective, so as to meet the requirement of development of construction industry modernization.Keywords: masonry structure; code for design; code revision
