住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化裝配式建造方式節(jié)能效益與碳排放評(píng)價(jià)*

[摘要]以正方利民工業(yè)化建筑集團(tuán)試驗(yàn)示范基地5號(hào)試驗(yàn)樓為樣本工程,對(duì)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化裝配式建造方式的節(jié)能效益與碳排放進(jìn)行研究。基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)采集范圍包括預(yù)制構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)、商品混凝土生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)、材料運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的各項(xiàng)資源與能源消耗,得出最終碳排放量與垃圾排放量。通過(guò)分析得出:與傳統(tǒng)建造方式相比,住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化裝配式建造方式在節(jié)約木材、保溫材料和水資源方面有較好的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益;但由于目前標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化還未有效地推廣,因此造成單位面積建筑的模具用鋼量較高;從綜合碳排放與垃圾排放指標(biāo)來(lái)看,住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化存在一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)。給出了進(jìn)一步提高與完善現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)管理體系、集成化設(shè)計(jì)等方面的建議,以進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展。[關(guān)鍵詞]住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化; 裝配式建造; 節(jié)能; 碳排放中圖分類號(hào):TU111 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)12-0071-05Energy efficiency and carbon emissions evaluation of prefabricated construction in housing industrializationLiu Meixia1, Wu Zhen1, Wang Jiening1, Liu Hong′e1, Wang Guangming1, Peng Xiong2(1 Technology and Industrialization Development Center (Housing Industrialization Promotion Center), Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, Beijing 100835, China; 2 Zhengfang Limin Industrial Building Group Co., Ltd., Beijing 100029, China)Abstract: Energy efficiency and carbon emissions evaluation of prefabricated construction in housing industrialization were carried out based on the sample building of No.5 test building in test and display base of Zhengfang Limin industrialized building Group. The basic data collection range includes the resource and energy consumption during precast specimens production, commercial concrete production, material transportation and construction site working to finally obtain the total carbon and waste emissions. The following conclusions are made that prefabricated construction in housing industrialization has social and economic benefits in wood saving, insulation materials and water resources. However, as standardization has not yet been widely popularized, steel consumption of unit area is large. The housing industrialization has a certain advantages on perspectives of carbon and waste emissions. Suggestions on further improving the development of housing industrialization were provided including developing and improving field organization and design of construction, technology management system and integrated design.Keywords: housing industrialization; prefabricated construction; energy saving; carbon emission
