［摘要］某地上25層的高層老年公寓建筑，采用預(yù)制裝配整體式框架-現(xiàn)澆剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。水平構(gòu)件采用疊合梁、板，豎向構(gòu)件采用預(yù)制框架柱；樓梯、陽臺(tái)欄板、空調(diào)機(jī)隔墻板等均采用預(yù)制裝配構(gòu)件。同時(shí)對(duì)預(yù)制構(gòu)件的形式、連接方式進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)及創(chuàng)新。圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)采用輕質(zhì)復(fù)合墻體，整體建筑實(shí)現(xiàn)了無砌筑、無抹灰施工。該工程具有較好的綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會(huì)效益，為高層建筑工業(yè)化創(chuàng)新的典型范例。［關(guān)鍵詞］建筑工業(yè)化; 預(yù)制構(gòu)件; 裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震性能; 創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào)：TU398.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)12-0054-04
Structural design of high-rise building with precast and assembled monolithic-frameshear wall systemWu Dunjun, Li Ning, Wang Jie, Xu Xiaojun(Nanjing Yangtze River Urban Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210002, China)Abstract: A twenty-five storey high-rise apartment building for the elderly adopts the precast and assembled monolithic frameshear wall structural system. Composite beam and slab were designed as the horizontal members of the building, and prefabricated frame columns were designed as the vertical members, while all stairs, balcony breast boards and air conditioner partition boards were prefabricated. The prefabricated form and connection style of precast elements were improved and innovated at the same time. Lightweight composite walls were made as the maintenance structure. The whole construction process was without masonry and plaster. This project had good comprehensive social and economic benefits, which is a successful example of highrise residential building industrialization.Keywords:building industrialization; precast element; precast and assembled monolithic structure; seismic performance; innovative design
