［摘要］南京某多層住宅上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用了新型冷彎薄壁型鋼混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，其結(jié)構(gòu)受力體系接近于鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。在工廠拼裝成片的冷彎薄壁型鋼龍骨替代鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的鋼筋作為受拉桿件，在薄壁鋼骨上面固定模板澆筑混凝土承壓。在多項(xiàng)針對(duì)性試驗(yàn)和有限元分析提供的可行性支持下，對(duì)剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)各部分進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，并使其滿足四級(jí)抗震的各項(xiàng)要求。為確保上部新型冷彎薄壁型鋼混凝土剪力墻的彎矩與剪力有效地傳遞到其下部普通鋼筋混凝土剪力墻，在下部結(jié)構(gòu)頂部設(shè)計(jì)了有效的連接。［關(guān)鍵詞］冷彎薄壁型鋼; 混凝土剪力墻; 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì); 底部連接設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào)：TU399 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)12-0048-06Structural design of new-type cold-formed thin-walled steel concrete shear wall of a multi-storey residence in NanjingShen Yingkun, Li Ning（Nanjing Yangtze River Urban Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210002， China）Abstract: New-type cold-formed thin-walled steel concrete shear wall structure was used in a multi-storey residence in Nanjing, whose mechanical system was similar to RC shear wall structure. The cold-formed thin-walled steel frame, which was assembled in factory in pieces, replaced the rebar in RC structure as a tension member. The concrete was poured in template fixed on the frame. Structural designs of respective parts of concrete shear wall structure were carried out with the support of a number of targeted experiments and finite element analyses, and level 4 seismic requirements were met. In order to ensure the bending moment and shear force from upper new type cold-formed thin-walled steel concrete shear wall were passed to the RC shear wall below effectively, an effective connection on the top of the lower structure was designed.Keywords:cold-formed thin-walled steel; concrete shear wall; structural design; bottom connection design
