裝配式混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)水平縫抗剪機(jī)理及承載力計(jì)算方法綜述*

[摘要]歸納了現(xiàn)有裝配式混凝土剪力墻水平縫的連接方式和混凝土界面構(gòu)造,綜述了對(duì)界面抗剪機(jī)理的認(rèn)識(shí)和國(guó)內(nèi)外規(guī)范中的水平縫受剪承載力計(jì)算方法。通過對(duì)一座剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)中典型墻體水平縫受剪設(shè)計(jì)算例和對(duì)已有界面抗剪試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的計(jì)算分析,比較了既有典型計(jì)算公式間的差異。發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中的計(jì)算公式均基于剪切摩擦理論,大多來源于新舊混凝土疊合面抗剪試驗(yàn)研究成果,所有計(jì)算公式均保守估計(jì)了水平縫疊合面的受剪承載力,但其中一些公式對(duì)拼縫齒槽面的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果偏不安全?;谏鲜龇治?,建議對(duì)水平縫疊合面可采用《裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 1—2014)中的公式進(jìn)行計(jì)算,對(duì)于拼縫齒槽面可參照《裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 1—2014)或《預(yù)制裝配整體式房屋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(DB23/T1400—2010)進(jìn)行計(jì)算;建議對(duì)現(xiàn)有裝配式混凝土剪力墻水平縫應(yīng)根據(jù)界面類型做進(jìn)一步系統(tǒng)的專門研究,考慮復(fù)合受力、材料性能、加載方式、軸向壓力及總受剪承載力限值等因素的影響,提出能準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)、簡(jiǎn)單方便的受剪承載力計(jì)算公式。[關(guān)鍵詞]裝配式; 剪力墻; 水平縫; 剪切摩擦; 受剪承載力中圖分類號(hào):TU973.16, TU973.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)12-0040-08Review of studies on shear resisting mechanisms and calculating formulas of shear resisting capacity of horizontal joints in fabricated reinforced concrete shear wall structuresZhao Zuozhou1, Zhou Jian1, Hou Jianqun2, Ren Baoshuang2(1 Key Laboratory of Civil Engineering Safety and Durability of China Education Ministry, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China; 2 Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University Co., Ltd., Beijing 100084, China)Abstract: Different detailing methods and concrete interfaces of horizontal joints in fabricated reinforced concrete shear wall structures have been summarized, and researches on shear resisting mechanisms and the available calculating formulas of shear resisting capacity have been reviewed. Typical formulas have been compared by a design example and analysis of shear resisting test results of concrete surface. The comparisons have revealed that the available formulas are mainly based on shearfriction theory and derived from the experiment results of the shear joint interface between the existing and the new concrete. The shear resisting capacities of the composite interface predicted based on the formulas are conservative. However, the shear resisting capacity of the horizontal joints with shear keys might be overestimated in some cases. The shear resisting capacity of the composite interface can be predicted by the formula in Technical specification for precast concrete structures(JGJ 1—2014), the shear resisting capacity of joints with shear keys can be calculated by Technical specification for precast concrete structures(JGJ 1—2014)or Technical specification for concrete shear wall structure assembled with precast components(DB23/T1400—2010). It has been proposed that a systematic study on shear behavior of horizontal joints of the existing fabricated reinforced concrete shear wall structures, and considering combined force condition,material property,limit of axial compression force and total shear resisting capacity should be carried out to get a reliable and friendly usable formula.Keywords:fabricated; shear wall; horizontal joint; shear friction; shear resisting capacity
